Terms and Conditions of Service for Inforsys Platform
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of software applications and services provided by PT Inforsys Indonesia ("INFORSYS"), including SOFICloud (ERP System), PISICloud (HR Management System), PISI People, and all related features, extensions, and services (collectively referred to as the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 INFORSYS provides cloud-based business applications, including:
- SOFICloud – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- PISICloud – Human Resource Management System (HR)
- PISI People and extended HR features, including Live Attendance, Leave Management, and Overtime (OT)
2.2 The Services are provided on a subscription or contractual basis, as agreed between INFORSYS and the Customer.
3. System Architecture and Access
3.1 Each Customer is provided with a dedicated Virtual Private Server (VPS).
3.2 Customer data is stored exclusively within the Customer’s own VPS and is not shared or mixed with data from other customers.
3.3 PISI People is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure (Firebase) and operates in integration with PISICloud to support service functionality.
3.4 Access to the Services is provided through a unique subdomain assigned to each Customer.
3.5 Upon the Customer’s written request, access to the subdomain may be restricted through IP address whitelisting or other access control mechanisms, subject to technical feasibility.
3.6 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date IP address information for whitelisting purposes. INFORSYS shall not be liable for any service disruption or access issues resulting from incorrect, outdated, or incomplete IP information provided by the Customer.
4. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
4.1 All data input, processed, or stored within the Services remains the sole property of the Customer.
4.2 INFORSYS shall maintain the confidentiality of Customer data and implement reasonable security measures to protect it.
4.3 INFORSYS shall not disclose Customer data to third parties except as required to provide the Services or by applicable law.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all user accounts and login credentials.
5.2 The Customer shall ensure that the Services are used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5.3 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of all data entered into the system.
6. Subscription, Fees, and Payment
6.1 Fees for the Services are charged according to the agreed pricing and subscription plan.
6.2 All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed billing schedule.
6.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
7. Maintenance and Support
7.1 INFORSYS provides system maintenance and technical support during the active subscription period.
7.2 Maintenance includes bug fixing, system monitoring, and minor updates related to security and stability.
7.3 Scheduled maintenance may be performed with prior notice to the Customer.
8. Service Availability
8.1 INFORSYS will use reasonable efforts to ensure service availability.
8.2 INFORSYS shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party service providers, or factors beyond its reasonable control.
9. Data Backup and Recovery
9.1 INFORSYS performs regular system backups as part of the Services.
9.2 The Customer is encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical data.
9.3 INFORSYS shall not be responsible for data loss caused by Customer actions or external factors.
10. Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate the Services in accordance with the agreed contractual or subscription terms.
10.2 Upon termination, the Customer may request data export within a defined retention period.
10.3 After the retention period, INFORSYS may permanently delete Customer data.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 INFORSYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11.2 INFORSYS’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer for the Services during the applicable period.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
12.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Services remain the exclusive property of INFORSYS.
12.2 These Terms do not grant the Customer ownership of the software or underlying technology.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
13.1 INFORSYS reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.
13.2 Customers will be notified of material changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where INFORSYS operates.
